BERLIN PARTIES.

Berlin is synonymous with partying. You know in other parts of the world, when you party till the sun comes up, it's like a newsworthy thing? In Berlin, it's mandatory. Going home at 10am is pretty common for Berliners. Of course I didn't partake in the early morning reveling...but I did manage to see some interesting things, as Berlin always manages to provide.
ベルリン、イコール、パーティー。世界のほかの国々では、朝までパーティーする事は、けっこう凄いことですよね？ここベルリンでは、それが義務です。朝の10時に家に帰るのはベルリンっ子には普通のようです。もちろん、僕はオールをする事はありませんが．．．ベルリンはいつものように、なかなか面白いものを見せてくれました。


Shoes Up Magazine sponsored a party in association with adidas. It was held in a cool outdoor courtyard and they had this interesting string motif running throughout.
Shoes Up マガジンはAdidas関連でパーティーを主催しました。とてもきれいな中庭で行われ、このような面白い糸のモチーフがあらゆる所に駆け巡っていました。

Whenever I hear the 3 words "Vice" "Magazine" "Party", I usually run in the opposite direction. Vice parties are notorious for being over the top and crazy...usually ending up in regret, shame and losing something expensive. But when in Berlin! So together with Errolson from Acronym, we ventured in the belly of the beast.
「Vice」、「Magazine」、「Party」の３つの言葉を聞くと、大抵逃げ出したくなります。Viceパーティーはやりすぎでグレイジーであることで有名．．．大体、後悔や恥や高価なものを無くす事で終了します。しかし、せっかくベルリンにいる！なので、AcronymのErrolsonと一緒に、冒険しに行きました。

Yes, she's topless for no apparent reason. そう、理由もなく彼女はトップレス。

Yes, that's a very little man with a Mexican wrestling mask on. And shirtless.
そう、これはメキシカンレスリングマスクを被った小さい男。シャツも着ていない。

This is actually what it felt like to be there. そこにいた時、こんな感覚でした。


I also came out of DJ semi-retirement to play for a bit at the Firmament x Asics release party for the"Salmon & Butter" BBB Asics.

Air Maxim 1...Full on dopeness. (Thanks BR!)
Speaking of the Maxim 1, Nike put on a very interesting show with product design and stylist Sabrina Dehoff. She was previously a designer at Lanvin and now has her own collection. She was commissioned by Nike to do pieces that attach to the Air Max 1s and the effect is pretty dope. I hope these are coming to market, but not sure about it.
Maxim 1といえば、Nikeがプロダクトデザイン／スタイリストのSabrina Dehoffと共にとても面白いショーを開いていました。彼女は以前Lanvinのデザイナーで、現在は自身のコレクションを持っています。彼女はNikeからAir Max 1sにつけるアクセのデザインを依頼され、結果はかなりカッコイイ。市場に出るといいのですが、確かではありません。
